Accessing The Parent Hub

The Parent Hub is our online portal for parents and carers. It’s available to parents and carers of full-time learners aged 18 or under at the start of the academic year.

The Parent Hub allows you to keep track of your young person’s attendance and punctuality, timetable, progress reviews, assessment results, targets and exam entries.

They select their profile photo in the top-right corner, then choose Access Permissions.

3

FAQs

Once your young person adds you as a contact, a member of our Administration team needs to confirm the account. This helps prevent duplicate accounts from being created.

You’ll receive an email inviting you to access Parent Hub as soon as the account has been confirmed.

If you’ve forgotten your password or entered it incorrectly too many times, you can reset it from the login screen.

Click Forgotten Password and enter the email address you used to create your account. You’ll then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Your Parent Hub access is managed by your young person, so they can update or remove your permissions at any time.

If you previously had access but can no longer view your young person’s information, please speak to them. They will need to re-enable your access through the Learner Hub.

The film shares heartfelt stories and interviews with a diverse group of staff, showing how accepting different identities and backgrounds can make a big difference. Its purpose is to encourage viewers to think about their own biases and work towards making our community more welcoming to all. We invite everyone, regardless of their background, to join us and be a part of our journey toward a more inclusive future.

Halo workplace logo

Our workplace champions the right of staff to embrace all Afro-hairstyles. We acknowledge that Afro-textured hair is an important part of our Black employees’ racial, ethnic, cultural, and religious identities, and requires specific styling for hair health and maintenance. We celebrate Afro-textured hair worn in all styles including, but not limited to, afros, locs, twists, braids, cornrows, fades, hair straightened through the application of heat or chemicals, weaves, wigs, headscarves, and wraps. In this workplace, we recognise and celebrate our colleagues’ identities. We are a community built on an ethos of equality and respect where hair texture and style have no bearing on an employee's ability to succeed.
