Gina has joined the Creative Arts Weston team in 2011, progressing to Subject Area Manager in 2019. Gina graduated with a Media Communications degree from Cheltenham University, before going on to work at a publishing house in London, and in various research roles. She also worked for several years in local hospital radio.  

Gina specialises in teaching the theory elements of the Creative Media course and enjoys providing a synthesis between cultural considerations and the production work that students create. She has a variety of contacts in the media industry who visit us to guest speak on the course and provide potential avenues for work experience and industry placements. Gina continues to work in the industry in production office roles and is passionate about teamwork, collaboration and working with the local community.
