This is a 4-year apprenticeship with training delivered through Weston College, combining practical experience at AIM with recognised engineering qualifications. It is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technology, making things, and wants to build a long-term career in advanced manufacturing and precision engineering.
