Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship (Degree) at BAKER HUGHES ENERGY TECHNOLOGY UK LIMITED
Daily Duties:
- Assemble, wire, test and inspect products to technical drawings
- Work across mechanical and electrical disciplines
- Use CAD software and engineering tools
- Support hydraulic system design, build and testing
- Follow manufacturing and quality procedures
- Fault finding to sub-assembly level
- Use test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, sensors)
- Support project planning, scheduling and improvements
- Maintain engineering documentation and IT systems
