Where can I study welding? Our brand-new state-of-the-art £650k welding facility at Weston College South West Skills Campus includes a ‘augmented virtual welding machine’ allowing you to learn basic techniques in your initial training.
All of our courses are taught by seasoned professionals with industry backgrounds, allowing you to learn from people who have years of experience on the job.

PIPE WELDING COURSE - REGISTER YOUR INTEREST
A new exciting opportunity is now available, please register your interest if you’d like to take your welding skills to the next level. We are now offering an 8 week pipe welding course. This course could give BS4872 introductory coding standard. A very good certificate for showing to prospective employers.
We are now offering a 6 hour a week course over a period of 8 weeks to learn to pipe weld. During this course you’ll learn to pipe weld using TIG in 50mm diameter pipe, various positions starting with PA/1G (rolling the pipe), PC/2G (fixed horizontally), PH/5G (fixed vertical up) and H-LO45/6G (fixed 45 degree pipe).
