Students Take Part in British Airways Cabin Crew Training

Last month, our Travel and Tourism students took a trip to Heathrow Airport where they attended the British Airways Cabin Crew training at the British Airways Global Learning Academy.
Abbi Richards Honoured with Pearson Centre of Excellence Award
Weston College is proud to announce that Abbi Richards has been awarded the prestigious Centre of Excellence status by the Pearson National Teaching Awards judges, following her nomination for the Pearson Awards, in the SEND and Inclusive Practice category.
This national recognition celebrates Abbi’s outstanding commitment to inclusive education and her transformative work with learners with profound and multiple learning difficulties.

Echoes of the Stage, an Original Weston College Production
On 6th June, our Performing Arts students came together to perform Echoes of the Stage at The Playhouse Theatre, an original production that incorporated a range of legendary musicals theatre numbers from existing Broadway and West End shows across different eras.

Creative Arts Summer Showcase Exhibition 2025
Last night, our Creative Arts Careers Excellence Hub came together to produce a fantastic preview evening of the Summer Showcase which exhibited the work of our Weston College and University Centre Weston (UCW) Creative Arts students, giving them the chance to display their incredible work, not only to their peers and lecturers, but also to their friends, family, members of the public and potential employers.
