They currently support six apprentices at Weston College, all of whom are guaranteed full-time employment upon completion of their apprenticeship. Rotamec
Rotamec is a Rotamec is a leading electromechanical services provider for rotating equipment. They specialise in the repair and sourcing of pumps, motors, gearboxes, generators, and power transmission components.

Thatchers Cider
Thatchers Cider is a family-owned business that has been crafting cider for over a hundred years. Thatchers and Weston College have been in close partnership since the launch of their apprenticeship programme in 2017. They now run several apprenticeships through the college and are endorsers of the Business and Hospitality Careers Excellence Hub, actively supporting T Levels and offering work experience.
Thatchers Cider has extended more than 35 apprenticeship opportunities to young individuals in the community. This number represents a remarkable 10% of their entire workforce, an achievement they remain resolute in augmenting as they continue to prioritise the growth and development of their workforce.
