Veterans Guaranteed Interview Scheme

At Weston College we operate a Veterans Guaranteed Interview Scheme.

If you:

  • Have completed at least one year of service (Regular or Reserve), and
  • Meet the essential criteria for a role

You will be guaranteed progression to the next stage of the selection process provided you meet the essential criteria for the role.

All appointments remain merit-based and follow our fair and inclusive recruitment process.
