Course Overview
Throughout this apprenticeship, you’ll gain hands-on experience with tasks such as booking viewings, creating property listings, talking to prospective buyers or tenants, and supporting negotiations. You’ll learn how the property industry works, understand legal and regulatory requirements, and build confidence communicating with a wide range of clients.
Training blends workplace learning with regular coaching from Weston College’s industry expert tutors, ensuring you develop both technical estate agency knowledge and strong professional behaviours.

Entry requirements
- You must be employed in a junior estate agent or similar property role
- GCSE English and maths are helpful, and may be completed alongside your apprenticeship
- A positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
