Course Overview
As an engineering fitter apprentice, you’ll spend most of your time in the workplace, learning from experienced engineers while earning a wage. You’ll develop high-level skills in fitting, assembly, mechanical maintenance, and precision measurement. At the same time, your college training will help you build the technical knowledge, safety awareness, and engineering mindset needed for industry.

This course equips you not just with specific skills, but with the broader knowledge and confidence needed for a successful career in this industry.

Entry requirements
- You must be employed in a suitable engineering role
- Typically GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including maths and English
- A practical mindset and willingness to learn
