Throughout the apprenticeship, individuals will acquire a diverse range of skills to effectively support the individuals they work with. They will learn to provide personalised care and support according to individual care plans, promote choice and participation, and contribute to the development of care plans. They will support individuals with various impairments, ensuring dignity and person-centred care, while demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity.
