Recruitment Resourcer, Apprenticeship

What does the course involve?
A Recruitment Resourcer may be employed in any organisation that requires a recruitment function. Their role is to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief and provide resourcing support to the recruitment function.
This apprenticeship will generally last between 13 and 15 months.
The apprenticeship includes two qualifications:
- Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing (knowledge)
- Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing (skills)
How will the course be assessed?
Your apprenticeship work will be assessed during your qualifications.? You will also have to take an End Point Assessment at the end of your course to successfully complete all elements of your apprenticeship. The End Point Assessment is structured into distinct parts:
- Resourcing Project Assignment (RPA), which will be used to assess your knowledge, skills and behaviours
- Professional Discussion with an external assessor, who will ask questions if there are any missing gaps in your RPA submission.
What future study opportunities and careers are there?
The role of Recruitment Resourcer is one of the roles at the beginning of a career in recruitment and this apprenticeship can provide a progression into a number of other roles within the industry. One such route of progression is to a level 3 apprenticeship in HR Support or onto a CIPD level 3 Human Resource qualification.
