This three-week programme is designed to help learners build the essential personal, social, and workplace skills needed to succeed in both employment and further training. Learners will develop confidence in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and workplace preparation, with a focus on progression into the security industry.

What can I do after?
On successful completion of week one, learners will be ready to move on to the Level 2 BTEC Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry course (2 weeks), where they will gain the knowledge and practical skills required to work as licensed door supervisors, for learners to then apply for their SIA license.
