Industry Placements

WE ARE HERE FOR YOU

We recognise that employers are considering how to grow through and beyond Covid-19. Perhaps you need an ‘extra pair of hands’ in your business and you’re looking to develop new talent.

We have hundreds of talented students that will be supporting employers and gaining work experience through Industry Placements alongside their course.

We are now accepting expressions of interest from employers looking to offer an industry placement with our learners. We have many talented students studying a wide range of subject areas from IT to media and creative courses. They are looking for and opportunity to support your business and gain work experience. You may have some initial questions so we’ve provided a frequently asked questions document that you can download here. We’ve also provided further information on our website here.

We can also help you to access Government incentives, as for every high-quality placement you offer through T Levels, you can now access £1,000 (available from 27th May 2021 - July 2022).

Our Work Placement team will support you will:

  1. Get to know your business
  2. Understand your placement requirements
  3. Match your opportunity with the right learner
  4. Support you and your placement learner throughout the placement

You may have questions or need further advice. If you have any barriers to offering a placement, we may be able to access financial support to overcome any challenges. Our team will be happy to speak with you. We have the talented students looking for an opportunity and we will help you engage with the talent of the future.

Our workplace champions the right of staff to embrace all Afro-hairstyles. We acknowledge that Afro-textured hair is an important part of our Black employees’ racial, ethnic, cultural, and religious identities, and requires specific styling for hair health and maintenance.
