Farm to Fork Experience

Get an insight into the world of the hospitality industry with a food journey from farm to fork, taste and demonstrations.
Across the UK the hospitality and catering sector is growing and the demand for skilled professionals is high. A qualification in this subject area provides great transferable skills and could lead you to a successful career in the industry. Find out more at our farm to fork experience day at Puxton Park. Activities include:
- Intro talk and welcome from the College and Puxton Park
- Tour around the dairy farm from Farm Neil
- Butcher talk and sausage making
- BBQ and ice-cream
Staff will also be on hand to give careers and course advice.
Please note the following COVID measures:
- On arrival please provide proof of a negative lateral flow test (via confirmation text or email).
- Masks should be worn throughout the visit (unless you are exempt).
- Social distancing to be adhered to throughout the visit.
- Regular hand sanitisation will be promoted throughout the visit.
- If a parent/guardian would like to stay with you, they will also need to book a ticket.
