“I chose this course because I enjoy doing practical things and learning new skills. The staff at Weston College are so helpful and caring, and the facilities are excellent, with all the tools and equipment I need to practice new skills until they are perfect. My favourite thing is seeing the end result of a project I’ve worked really hard on.

My teachers have always given me great advice and they introduced me to lots of potential employers at the careers festival. Now I have my carpentry qualification, I feel prepared to take the next steps and embark on an apprenticeship.”
