Ursula

Ursula joined the college to complete her functional skills English Level 1. Despite working at the hospital full time, she worked really hard in college and completed lots of work at home independently. It was no surprise that when she was put forward for the Level 1 exam she passed with flying colours! In just 2 months after completing her Level 1, she sat the Level 2 exam which she again passed!

Ursula won English Progress Student of the Year at Celebration of Success 2023.

Ursula is now completing her nursing degree which would not have been possible without her functional skills. The commitment, cheerfulness and hard work has certainly paid off!
