Gain the skills and qualifications needed to work as a PLANT Operative on a construction site!

This course is for adults looking to start their journey into construction, by becoming a PLANT Operative. You don’t need any existing qualifications in construction to complete the course.

On this course, you will have the opportunity to gain a CSCS Green Card (to be able to work on Site), which will increase your chances of gaining employment within the construction industry – with many construction companies only looking to hire people with a CSCS card.

You will gain an understanding of the skills and knowledge that are important when you are working as a plasterer or progressing to further learning and training in this area. A special skill that you will learn as part of this course is fibrous moulding, this skill enables you to cast decorative ceiling roses, coving and more. This is a highly specialised skill and sought after in the local area.

This PLANT Bootcamp is tailored for self-employed individuals who already work in the construction industry, offering specialised training in operating a range of plant equipment. Participants will be able to choose 2 of the following 3 tickets.

• Forward Tipping Dumpers (3 Days)
• Ride-On Rollers (3 Days)
• Telescopic Telehandler (5 Days)

Or if a candidate has previous experience with excavators or is already a PLANT Operative using other tickets then they can choose just 1 ticket which will be the 360 Excavator+10 Ton (10 Days)
