EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT
If you’re unemployed, we have a huge range of advice, support, training and courses to help you.
The below short courses have been designed to help you retrain, or upskill to start a career within a new industry.
They are FREE if you are unemployed, receiving universal credit, job seeker’s allowance, employment support allowance, or if you attend a work-related activity group.
We have worked with local employers and support services such as Jobcentre Plus, to create these courses to support you directly back into work.
The Sector-based Work Academy Programmes (SWAP) also include a work placement or experience of work and guaranteed job interview for a live vacancy.
All of these courses are intense 1 or 2 week long courses, normally running 9am-3pm Monday to Friday. If you are looking for part-time courses for adults please click here.
We also offer individual coaching and mentoring when required, to find out about this and all the opportunities available, to support you back into work, book a FREE 1:1 employment support advice session.
