Creative Interventions, CPD Workshop
This CPD workshop is designed for people aged over 19 years and explores a variety of creative interventions. The course provides vision, tools and resources for those working within the supporting industries. The use of creative counselling techniques fulfils a need for a multi-faceted, multi-sensory approach to helping clients. Thinking and working creatively as a counsellor is key to finding an approach that’s right for each client – that’s not always traditional talk therapy. This workshop will help enhance your career and counselling practice and is designed for those working in counselling or wanting to gain a greater understanding of how to use creative interventions.
Subjects covered:
- An introduction into creative ways of working
- Theory introductions
- Exploration through hands-on interventions
Assessment method
There are no formal assessments, however we work through practical sessions to ensure understanding.
Entry requirements
No formal entry requirements but this course is designed for those that hold a minimum of a level 2 counselling skills qualification or are working towards completing one.
Progression opportunities
After completion of this course, you could choose to attend another of our CPD workshops.
