The South West art and design industry is renowned, with Bristol and Bath designated hubs of creative and digital skills. The UK’s creative industries contributed £115.9billion to the economy in 2019, according to the Department of Digital, Culture, Media & Sport. This is a 43.6% increase since 2010 and means the sector makes up just under 6% of the economy.

Art and Design Level 3
This course covers so many different aspects of art and photography. I have been encouraged to try out various mediums and techniques and have been able to use the facilities and studios to create things in my own time. I particularly loved experimenting with screen printing, ceramics, and plaster.. The staff have been very supportive, helping me choose a focus for my project, and letting me borrow cameras and equipment so that I can start to build up my portfolio.
